For in-person services where you are:

We recommend seeing your local GP, and asking for a 'Mental Health Plan', and a referral. This will give you a Medicare rebate for ten sessions per year. Keep a copy of your plan yourself, and ring around your local counselling services and programs. sHedway Legends can help you find who they are: message our Facebook page if needing some help to find services (this is not monitored regularly: for urgent help always call 000 in emergency or Lifeline on 13 11 14 for suicide crisis).
